Future Forces Exhibition & Forum Innovation Awards

Competition

A competition for the best innovative products or solutions presented at the Future Forces Exhibition from 16 to 18 October 2024 will be held as a part of the FUTURE FORCES FORUM 2024.

• All products and solutions /exhibits/ that have innovative approaches and high innovation potential can be applied into the competition. Products and solutions that have already been awarded at other competitions can also be applied.
• The registered exhibit must be exhibited at the Future Forces Exhibition 2024.
• The number of exhibits registered in the competition by an exhibitor is limited to five. The first application is free of charge, each subsequent one is subject to a registration fee of €200
• The evaluation of the exhibits is carried out by the Evaluation Committee headed by the Chairman of the Committee and four members of the Committee. It is assembled of independent experts from practice and academia.
• The Committee will evaluate the fulfilment of the criteria required for inclusion in the competition and select the exhibits that will advance to the final round of the competition. The Committee will evaluate the submitted exhibits on site (PVA EXPO PRAHA) on 15 October 2024. Applicants will provide the Committee with the opportunity to present the exhibit between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at exhibitor’s booth.
• The condition for inclusion in the competition is a properly and fully completed application form and submission of the required documents to the competition organizer by 10 October 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the latest. Text documentation in English must be sent in PDF format and image documentation in JPG/PNG formats.
• Required documents: technical data of the product or solution; description of the exhibit, photo, drawing, etc.; readiness for use in practice and for production; what is the innovation of the product or its solution. Additional supporting documents may be attached to these mandatory documents.
• The exhibit will not be included in the competition if all the criteria stated in the competition conditions are not met, the exhibit or solution is not presented at the Future Forces Exhibition at the specified time, or if it is not properly presented to the Committee at the exhibitor’s booth.
• Evaluation criteria: innovation, originality and technical solutions, etc.; overall production quality – technological, design, service; readiness for production or providing, ecology; the overall quality of the submitted documentation and presentation of the exhibit.
• The results of the competition and the presentation of prizes will take place at the beginning of the FFF Party on 16 October from 7 p.m. The competition organizer will then publish the results of the competition on the FFF website and social networks. At the same time, it will provide materials to media partners for further PR use.
• The organizer will provide regular information to the competing subjects and reserves the right to modify the conditions of the competition and other organizational matters.
